NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON THE 2025 TENTATIVE BUDGET

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Ballston Spa on April 8, 2024, at 7:01 p.m. at the Ballston Spa Public Library, located at 21 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, New York,  relating to the Village of Ballston Spa’s Fiscal Year 2025 Tentative Budget during the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on April 8, 2024, at 7:01pm.  The Public are permitted to attend and provide comments at the above location pursuant to Open Meetings Law 103. A copy of the tentative budget  can be obtained at the Village Offices and on the Village’s website.
