BALLSTON SPA COMMITTEE ON THE ARTS HOSTING PLEIN AIR WORKSHOP
The Ballston Spa Committee on the Arts is hosting its second Plein Air Painting workshop on Friday, September 1 at 6 p.m. at the historic Old Iron Spring Park, on Front Street in Ballston Spa.
Plein Air painting is the practice of painting landscape out-of-doors, inspired by the fresh air and natural surroundings.
Come to this, our 2nd workshop (the first one sold out), to enjoy an evening outside - listen to the gurgling brook and birds amidst the beautiful gardens in the Park.
No experience necessary; all supplies and guidance are provided by local artist Gail Tallmadge.
The rain date is September 2nd.
The event is sponsored by the Village of Ballston Spa. Fees are $20 for residents in the 12020 area; $30 for all others.
Payment by cash/check accepted at the workshop.
